Comment on the 20% budget cut for the Police Federation

To the Police Federation Leadership.

Being an average member of the public I do not have in depth knowledge of your sector, except on points where it affects our personal life directly:

Please fill in the Conference Speakers names who made these 4 points:

1. When you give less, you get less.

2. Why is she (=Theresa May) doing this to us? (this=20% budget cut, instead of 12% cut, the maximum the Federation can handle) 

3. Minister, you are so dramatically arrogant, that despite these cuts crime will rise. If it (=crime) does rise will you resign?

4. There is no coordination, there is no plan, its all cobbled together, its a mish-mash peacemeal approach to the future of Policing


My comments based on these four speaker points starting with No3: If crime does rise, minister will you resign?
My comment: No! Theresa May will not resign when crime does rise.
Why? Because of speaker point 4: There is coordination and there is plan to the future of policing
My public comment: The plan and coordination for the future of policing is
a) weaponised cctv cameras: you feed the picture of a target on the face recognition software of the cctv networks and cctv cameras all across the UK shoot the target on sight with microwaves on the forehead, lobotomizing him, as he passes up to 300 cctv cameras average per day. From my personal experience I was shot twice only(1 second or half a second shooting at a time)  on a trip to the supermarket and it knocked me out ill with cold water towels on my head for 2 days. If a target gets shot 3 times to 50 times he will collapse exhausted from brain tissue injury, without external burns, covert incapacitation already in place and being tested on 150 targeted individuals.
b) pain shock fields (infrasonic weapons) that start from 90 dollars a piece and as small as a mobile phone or as big as a sound system from next door home. The target will get crippled at home or will run like a fugitive and will get shot by the weaponised cameras or marksmen with electromagnetic weapons. If they want to stop the target getting on a train or bus,  they just shoot him 1 second on the liver: the target will start vomiting blood which will stop him from public transport. If he gets shot 2-3 more seconds he will die from bleeding right there or taken to a hospital to be killed or tortured.
c) if the marks men don't want blood showing on the target the can shoot him in the heart and cause him a heart attack or on the kidney and leave him with one kidney or on the head and cripple him with a massive stroke. Then they can say that the dead or cripple target had done crimes like theft, fraud, rape, prostitution and that now with his death or crippling justice has been done.

In other words the future of policing is American: step one 1) the man in power says who is the criminal one thousand times through the media: example Bin Laden blew up the twin towers. Then the media learn that the man is wanted for a few years , during which he is reported hiding, or dead or escaping justice, then the media kill him one more time and then they repeat that justice has been done because simply the policing will be: first you kill the target then you list crimes he did to justify the killing then matter is closed, the killing did the justice. Then Law Enforcement goes crazy and in a normal matter of fact manner, just like in America goes to the Congressmen or the House of Commons or Lords and say: we got a hit list of terrorists-criminals in the USA and a list of Americans abroad we are going to kill and justice will be done and none of the Congress or Parliament reacts at all.

Now we come to speaker point 1. Why is Theresa May doing a 20% budget cut to the Police Federation?
Because she does not need you to keep crime down. You did not make Freedom of Information Act questions to ask:
Why do we have torture squads training for years on targeted individuals in Britain and why 20-30 new directed energy weapons torturers train on the body of each victim at his home, for years, keeping them barely alive? This is a public security matter, not a data protection item. You should have questioned the training of torture squads marksmen with Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) on the FOI website,

but you did not, although you got more skills, intelligence and power to do so,
instead all the questions about your replacement personnel, the marksmen with the DEWs were submitted by me, a former call centre employee, and Mary Hughes a dyslexic care worker tortured in West Yorkshire.

You, the Police Federation should have studied the six Patten recommendation reports on public order weapons and less lethal weapons and ask questions. So, you did not read on Patten Report 2, Jane Kennedy's of Northern Ireland remark that by now (2001) high frequency laser beams can cut a targets brain without causing any pain and without any external proof of course.

What would I say to Theresa May about the 20% budget cut?
We, the Police Federation, will take zero budget cut for two years and we demand to double our power to arrest the torture squads with the DEWs testing on civilians. For two years the secret services will takethe 20% budget cut. By the end of two years it will be clear, whos money finances the torture squads and if it is the MI5 or MI6 or what other they get a 40% budget cut, no need for torture.
