Trap housing technology, from my present  life experience in the UK

The Police Federation has a trap-housing technology in place where housing is given to entrap the target, me , or somebody else and contains the following main methods:
a) heinous alarms to the Housing Officer, such as "watch out the whore", we will be spying her to catch her 50 brothels.
b) Housing of course works with the Police to prevent crime.
3) The targets room or home has the following modifications depending on the building :
If detached house, the electricity supply grounding gets removed, to torture with severe pain from power surges the target and make them ill with secret power surge late at night ( or even use the power surge to explode TV and other home appliances to make the target look crazy, look up the Connie Marchall case, mayoral candidate, who was targeted this way to section her )
4) A sound distortion system gets installed (this is mainly sound systems Police training product) example, I stand in the corridor my husband talks to me from the flat on the left and his voice sounds as if he is inside the flat on the right (this happened to us in Scotland, Paisley 2010).
5) The trade unions of electricians and telecom engineers extend an external phone landline into the targets electricity main power cable. A person trained in the remote access, can then dial in from a computer around the block other radio frequencies via the telephone converters attached on the electricity line and dial in via the converters microwaves, high frequency lasers-barely visible in the dark, and ELFs, extreme low radio frequencies which go through the entire electrical wiring of the house. This is done to covertly destroy the immune system while the target sleeps. The target then is debilitated because he wakes up with covert damage on  the brain,spine and all vital organs for which he gets no screening or medical care and looks lazy or suffering from "mystery illnesses" like encephalomyalgia, ME, fibromyalgia, or even arthritis, kidney damage etc.
6) This gets combined with camera through the wall technology where the targets toilet functions are visible or even filmed and the locals share in watching them- safety schemes, council road sweepers, local PCs, local rental agency and others. All this network is in a state of glee how defenseless the target is from high-tech and call the target crazy as watching toilet or even sexual activities if in a relationship is so much fun, plus needed to shoot the target on the head or other body parts with directed energy weapons for further incapacitation.
7) the sound system distortion combined with the rigged electricity are there to confuse the low-tech target about weapons recognition
8) needless to say that the house is fully bugged for sound, may be tiny cameras are installed inside the fire alarms and smoke alarms and there might also be a sound amplifier which amplifies the noises inside the house such as the keyboard tapping or the tap running, to audio-harass the target and make them irritable.

Right now, 150 victims are known in the UK of these tactics, one was killed, one had a triple bypass heart surgery, most are on incapacity benefit, The targets are needed alive as clay pigeons, to train more electricity to microwave handlers and more DEWs marksmen, perhaps to be incorporatedofficially into "fighting crime" soon. On each target at least 30-40 DEWs marksmen and an unknow number of remote weaponised home electricity black operations personnel are being trained in real life conditions to make them confident that they will not get caught for torture or criminal damage. Therefore what is predictable about me, is that I will go down with multiple sclerosis, kidney damage, and alzeheimers as I can only decontaminate with shower and other home remedies only about 20% of the non-ionising radiation I absorb every night and next night I get "pumped up" with more if it, during sleep, therefore the DWP, Department of Work and Pensions should be expecting me soon in their invalid statistics, either with multiple sclerosis or invalid within the stroke victims, heart disease victims etc. Weapons are predictable. My family medical history says that I would be 85 before I display alzheimers, or heart disease and no tumors or storkes until then, Nobody in my family ever had a stroke or immune diseases like multiple sclerosis where I already got the symptoms advancing.

The gangs of the black ops are protected by the local safety scheme and have many locals on the look-out to make sure they do not get exposed as well as the texting Police Constables facility, who gather to shield the black ops with their presence on foot and in cars, if the target seems too close to the perpetrator in the gang.

Of course none of these non-ionsing radiation assaults would be possible if there was honest and screening done with segmented computational dosimetry and watt per kilo weight measurement of body electricity storage. The non-ionising radiation departments of the HPA=Health Protection Agency and NRPB, keep the same denial with the Police Federation "we do not feel you are being attacked with directed energy, we worry about your mental health, talk to your doctor" so the DWP should expect me invalid, as I am being used for the training of Directed Energy squads and marksmen and get no help or advocacy.
