When crime does rise, based on the Darrim Daoud case

Darrim Daoud , Targeted Individual, died in Surrey, after being shot non-stop for 134 hours with Directed Energy Weapons. John Allman had been invited by Darrim, who told him that he has death threats because he participates in the protests against directed energy weapons, electronic torture and gang stalking.  So, John Allman wrote to the Surrey Police, who had declared his death as non-suspicious, his concerns that this was an unlawful killing and asked for an inquest. After many delays, the death was November 15 2009, the first inquest was for December 1st 2010 but was not held and by May 2011 the inquest was getting blocked on the basis that John Allman is not a PIP: Properly Interested Person. Meanwhile, John Allman who had been running a TI friendly charity, had a triple heart bypass surgery in 2010, incapacitation. There is no proof that his heart condition was caused by DEWs because to prove that, the non-ionizing radiation department of the Health Protection Agency,should have screened him with their segmented computational dosimetry scanners which locate the excess non-ionizing energy stuck on the shot organ: head, lungs,kidney,heart.
But the HPA says the same fob-off line: "we do not feel you were attacked by DEWs, we worry about your mental health, talk to your doctor who has instructions to send the TI to a psychiatrist to be sectioned and possibly get detained for up to six months compulsory treatment.
What about Surrey and Hampshire where people know the torture squad that killed Darrim, as they were housing them around his home for months or years? They just want to feel secure so the general public already consents to covert torture and murder with electronic weapons and keep silent about it, along with the HPA, the NHS, the MPs who don't see how helping a TI to stop torture will bring them votes.
There was another English male victim being tortured same way by another DEWs weaponised squad, lets call him Mr Baker Street as he was living in that area during 2009 and 2010. He knew not to expect the Police to stop the weapons, he gathered filmed evidence and complained to the IPT- Independent Powers Tribunal, where 797 complaints for stasi methods out of 800 got rejected. His complaint was thrown out, all the time he was getting tortured while he was waiting and hoping for justice from the IPT and to escape torture he attempted suicide, the path of FORCED suicide, a forced way out of torture. Then he was sectioned and of course, with no proof from the computational dosimetry scanners that he had been microwaved, the psychiatric assessment was just a fraud against him. The torture squad cut down the attack intensity and focused their torturers on other targets across London and Mr Baker Street, now just lives quietly, not to "rock the boat".
The victims of crime just get murdered when the squad decides to kill them. Their deaths without the HPA proof, are non-suspicious, those who investigate get heart attacks. Other victims are forced to suicide,so either they die or are incapacitated as mentally ill loaded with extremely toxic antipsychotics.

Now that I am in London, I spotted a new member of my torture squad, he stayed in a house rented by a guy who has a van that deploys fake uniformed Police Officers to deceive Council personnel and GPs. Let's call the new torturer Mr Brown Wavy Hair. He was promised sex by his host and went in a white satin shirt to pull at the Pub. The woman honey-trap was a member of my torture squad and recruited him to try shooting me all night from a next door flat and masturbate. Next morning I spotted him going out, all gaunt and sleepless. He saw me that I spotted him. The next time I saw him I wanted to take his photo on my mobile, by then, he was already under protection as I saw. When Mr Brown Wavy Hair saw me about to take his photo he went into a Bank to hide. When I followed in the Bank and stood in the queue, he texted the local Police Constables to come around and protect him. When we went out of the Bank, the Police was "by chance" walking and in cars all around him, to protect him from being frightened for his crimes. So, the future of the Police Federation is that the torture squads will be texting you to shield them with your uniform and your authority.
So when crime will rise, the public will agree to more weaponised torture squads who kill or incapacitate without proof, you will be their bodyguards stand by to be texted, we are already used to the idea that if they kill us they kill us and your line that : "we do not feel you are being attacked, but worry about your mental health" means that for years now we got used to being barely alive, with no right to life and that although torture is an arrestable offense under Section 134 of the Criminal Justice Act, some will suicide, others like me will be doing Karma Yoga variations etc.
Because by now, we got used to live without hoping any help to justice or the right to life from the Police Federation, and because you do not enforce Section 134, you are of lesser value to us and so you will be getting budget cuts and more salary and other cuts and crime will be rising and the public will be cooperating to more torture and killer squads weaponised with DEWs to be in charge and make them feel secure.
By now I am developing multiple sclerosis symptoms and I walk 80% slower than the average person.I am used to the idea that I will have a premature death due to undetected organ damage and due to non-stop night attacks at home and when I see the Police Constables being texted and forming a protective shield with their uniforms and cars around the new torturer I know not to start informal or private conversations with the best Police Force in the world.
